No. Your monthly membership is the full cost of your visits and secure portal messaging with your nurse practitioner. We don't bill insurance for visits, so there are no copays, no deductibles, and no claims for you to file.
Often, yes. Labs and prescriptions are ordered under your name, so you can run them through your plan or a pharmacy discount program. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so we can't guarantee it, and the pharmacy or lab will tell you what you owe.
Four things: medication, lab work, anything we refer out such as imaging or a specialist, and pharmacy shipping fees. Those are billed directly by the pharmacy, lab, or provider you're referred to.

No. DalaHealth provides specialized medical weight management and metabolic wellness care, designed to complement your primary care provider (PCP), not replace them. We give you dedicated time, medical weight loss care, personalized nutrition, and targeted metabolic wellness. We don't act as your primary care home or handle routine health maintenance like annual physicals, urgent or emergency care, or age-based cancer screenings such as mammograms or colonoscopies. We can coordinate directly with your PCP and share medical records on request to keep your care in sync.
No. There's no introductory rate that runs out: Foundations is $89/mo, Complete Care is $120/mo, and Signature is $199/mo from your first month on. You can cancel anytime if it's not the right fit.
