Getting started is simple. Here's what to expect when you book a consultation with DalaHealth.
Pick a time and a visit type, video or in person, then complete a brief intake form so we can prepare for your visit.
A 45-minute consultation where we listen, ask the right questions, and start building a picture of your health. No rushed appointments.
Within 48 hours you'll receive a personalized care plan with clear next steps, any prescriptions, and a follow-up schedule.
Regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and make sure you're getting the results you deserve.

Yes. You can meet your provider by secure video or in person at several locations around the Denver metro area, and you choose which when you book. Many members mix the two, starting with an in-person visit and doing follow-ups by video. Call us if you'd like help picking the closest location.
Initial consultations are 45 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically 20-30 minutes. We never rush. If you need more time, we'll take it.
Not for your membership. DalaHealth is membership-based. Instead of billing insurance, we charge one clear monthly subscription that covers your visits and provider access, with any medication or lab pricing shown openly up front. You can still use your own insurance for labs, imaging, and prescriptions, which we send to your lab or pharmacy to be billed through your plan as usual.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. You can reschedule anytime through our booking system or by calling the clinic.
